West - Fee Waivers Fund - Round 1 2013/2014

Criteria

A regulatory fee waiver reimbursement is available for some fees and charges relating to facilities, projects or activities that are for local community use and provide local community benefits.  These charges include resource and building consent fees.

All fees must be paid before an application is made.  You can applu for reimburssement of up to one-third of total eligible fees you paid.

Who can apply?

Community and voluntary organisations that work in the Waitakere Ranges, Henderson-Massey and Whau local board areas.

When funding is available

There will be one funding round for 2013/2014. The round will open on 13 January and close on 28 February 2014. 

Fund guidelines

Fees that can be supported are:

• Project Information Memorandium fees.
• Building Consent fees: plan processing fee, planning check fee, inspection fee and code compliance certificate fee.
• Land Use Consent fee - including site visit and formal report.

Please note:

• You can save and close your application at any time before you submit it. Once submitted your application cannot be changed.
• When you submit your application you will recieve a .pdf copy for your records and it will also be saved in your account.
