WMIF August 2026 - Small grants

This form is for WMIF grants between $1,000 and $5,000. It's a simplified process designed for smaller, lower risk projects.

• Use this online form only.
• Please save as you go before you move to a new page.
• Include all supporting documents, even if you've applied before.

Important Notes

• Tell us how your organisation will contribute (e.g. staff time, equipment, venue, expertise).
• Budgets must be GST exclusive. If you're GST registered, you can claim GST on invoices.
• Funding decisions for this round will be made in November 2026.
• The funding period is 1 December 2026 to 1 December 2027.
• Don't start your project until funding is approved.
• We can't reimburse costs from before the agreement is signed.
• Payments to successful applicants will be given in two instalments:
  • 1st instalment - After agreement is signed.
  • 2nd instalment - When a reimbursement form has been submitted and receipts attached for the items purchased with the first instalment.
