Projects funded by local boards must support the local boards priorities in their local board plan and demonstrate effective use of ratepayers funds.
Branding
If awarded a grant, it is important you include the local board logo in any promotional material. See the Brand Identity Guidelines around logo use (a copy of the guidelines will be emailed to you with your funding agreement).
Accountability will need to be returned on completion of the project or activity. The applicant will be expected to provide receipts showing expenditure of the grant, any surplus or misused funds must be returned to council.
