Auckland Council seeks external peer and community assessors to join its pool of assessors providing arts and culture expertise at community and sector level to assist in evaluation of projects and grant schemes.

Assessors are asked to evaluate against specific criteria a range of applications and proposals made to programmes and initiatives administered by Arts, Community and Events.

Once the EOI is processed you will receive email confirmation.

Assessors will be drawn from the pool of approved assessors when needed reflecting the specific skill sets required for each project or grant evaluation.

Assessment panels will be formed at various times of the year and if invited you will be able to accept or decline the invitation based on your availability and interest. Some evaluations are paid and some are not. Information of the time commitment required and conditions will be outlined in the invitation. Not all assessors in the assessment pool may be required during the course of a year. You may ask to be removed from the assessor pool at any time by emailing mary.borok@aucklandcouncil.govt.nz
